My packages are custom designed for each woman based on her needs. After an initial consultation, I will recommend a combination of personal training and coaching that I believe will best meet those needs. From there we will discuss any additional tools that I feel may help you on your journey. The best part is, all services are delivered virtually. You can call or log in regardless of where you are in the world.
I focus on fun and functional fitness based on your needs and goals. We will start by establishing a foundation that includes cardio, strength, and flexibility. Building from here, we will begin to add in variety that may include things like dance, yoga, HIIT, bootcamps, or suspension training. The goal is to create a well-balanced fitness routine that not only keeps you moving towards your goals but that you actually enjoy! No equipment required.
As a coach, I put the power back in your hands. I hold space for you and help you to figure out what it is that you really want. Once you do, I help you with the tools you need to get you there. Rather than giving you a list of restrictions or “good and bad” foods, I focus on gradual changes that over time lead to significant results. There is NO one size fits all diet. We are all unique and together we will find the foods the work best for you and your goals.
