Founder|Lead Trainer|Head Coach

Well, you clicked learn more so you must want to know more about me and more importantly, how I can help you! You already know my name is Tiffany Lynn and I am a Health and Nutrition Coach as well as a Certified Personal Trainer. What you do not know is why. After dealing with severe depression and anxiety my entire life, I decided to do something about it. I had always wanted to be a trainer, so I signed up for the course.

I was certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and over the following years gained specializations in corrective exercise, behavior change and weight loss. I also studied under several teachers and was certified as a health coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Somehow, as I earned each certification, I put on more weight; over 100 pounds in total!  Let me tell you, this did not at all help with my depression. Luckily, I love to learn and I believe that there isn’t a problem that cannot be solved if you are willing to put in the work. So, I began to study. I studied everything I could get my hands on in the areas of mental health, physical health, nutrition, mind body connection, energy healing, and goal setting to name a few. I even earned a few more certifications in the process. What I discovered is that I am enough just as I am, and so are you!

Still, I wasn’t losing weight. Or, I would lose the weight only to gain it back plus some. The problem was I knew in my head that I was enough, but I didn’t actually believe it. Here’s the thing: if you do not actually believe you are capable or good enough for a thing then all your effort is futile. This is when I discovered mindset, and everything changed!

 As your coach, I will help you break through whatever barriers stand in your way. Together we will uncover what you really want, what is blocking you from receiving it, make a plan and then work that plan.  I will not only help you set goals, I will give you practical tools to reach and even surpass those goals. If you are looking to lose weight, gain confidence, deal with depression naturally or simply increase your overall level of health, then you are in the right place.
